Featured Festivals & Special Events
- Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival: March 6 (7:00 PM), March 7 (7:00 PM), and March 8 (3:00 PM) at The Paramount Theater. A screening of the year’s best mountain culture, adventure, and exploration films.
- 60s Dance Party: Friday, March 6 at 6:00 PM at The Center at Belvedere. Featuring live music by Little Walter & the Convictions; guests can bring their own snacks and beverages ($20 registration required).
- Kinship Exhibition Opening: Friday, March 6 at 5:30 PM at McGuffey Art Center. An opening for artist Eileen French, part of the local First Fridays art walk.
- Irish Whiskey & Green Spirits Masterclass: Saturday, March 7 at 4:00 PM at Birch + Bloom. A 21+ cocktail workshop teaching the history and craft of Irish spirits ($45).
Live Music & Performance
- Louisiana Calling: Friday, March 6 at 8:00 PM at The Jefferson Theater. Blues performance featuring the Sonny Landreth Band and The Iguanas ($41+).
- Cheick Hamala Diabate & Corey Harris: Saturday, March 7 at 8:00 PM at The Front Porch. A fusion of Malian ngoni music and acoustic blues.
- Botanica • Deer Jade: Saturday, March 7 at 8:00 PM at Potter’s Craft Cider. A 21+ club night featuring groovy, organic, and techy house beats ($40).
- EMAP presents Alkemie: Sunday, March 8 at 8:00 PM at The Rotunda. A free public performance titled “What’s Your Sign?” exploring medieval zodiac-influenced music.
- Emma: March 6–8 at Live Arts Theater. A theatrical production of Kate Hamill’s adaptation of the Jane Austen classic.
Food, Drink & Family Activities
- Vegan Pastry Party: Sunday, March 8 at 12:00 PM at Botanical Plant-Based Fare. A pop-up event featuring a sampling of vegan pastries and craft coffee ($25).
- Art of Charcuterie Workshop: Saturday, March 7 at 3:00 PM at Mockingbird. A hands-on class for creating professional-level cheeseboards ($95).
- Escape Room – The British are Coming: Ongoing at Monticello. A historical escape experience themed around the Revolutionary War ($35)
