Recent contest winner? Interested in winning a contest? Great, just a few things we need to get out of the way first!
- No purchase is ever necessary to win a prize.
- An individual cannot win from the same business or promotor within 30 days.
- An individual cannot win two giveaways within 1 week.
- As a winner, your name will likely be used in station or sponsor promotions for a minimum of a week.
- All winners will be responsible for taxes due on prizes. (Rarely applies, but it’s possible!)
- Contests are open to all ages but subject to parental permission if under 18.
- Employees, volunteers and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
- Winners will claim their prize in one of two ways: Pick up from our studios or opt to have it mailed. We cannot replace prizes if they are lost in the mail.
- Winners agree that the station and/or sponsoring entity cannot be held reliable for any liability caused by winners claiming or using any prize.
- Neither the station or sponsoring entity will be held responsible for winners failure to be able to use any prize awarded.
