Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival ticket giveaway!
We are giving away some pairs of weekend passes to Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival the weekend of Sept 28th-30th in Midlothian. It will feature 150 artists (US, Intl. and 10 celebrity artists from various shows!) The event will also feature live painting by internationally acclaimed & local artists that will be auctioned at the end of the weekend. All proceeds will benefit Art on Wheels.
